Bedroom includes king bed but still leaves a lot of space for closet , dresser and luggage. The sofa is large and reasonably comfortable for one adult to sleep on but can be folded out to be more like a day bed upon request. Conveniently located close to downtown and 10 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Guests enjoy the quiet and private neighborhood.
