The main space has a luxury queen mattress, desk with computer monitor, and a double wide closet with a dresser. The secondary space has a full bed and single size closet.brbrThe living room has a full size pull out bed.brbrThis entrance faces the neighboring unit so it’s important to be noise considerate of the neighbor.brbrThere is about 20 ft of flat grass to walk on to get to the entrance and it can get slippery when snowy. Please be aware of this when booking in the summer++++brbrWe are 1 minute from Standley Lake for trails, fishing, picnicking, paddle-boarding and the incredible Bald Eagle Nesting Sanctuary. Across the street from the most amazing dog park you will ever see and 15 minutes to the nearest MOUNTAIN area (Eldorado Canyon stuns!) Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a 50 tv and bedroom 3 has full size bunkbeds (no tv in this room). Bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom that has a shower/tub. There is an oversized laundry room with washer and dryer for guest to use however I do not provide laundry supplies.brLocated in the basement are 2 additional bedrooms both have queen size beds (no tv's) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.brbrThis home is fully furnished with fresh linen/towels/toilet paper and the kitchen is equipped with many cooking utensils to make your experience feel like home!
