Our updated mid-century home is located on a quiet street close to all the amenities including the Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park, Park Meadows Mall, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater, DeKoevend Park and the High Line Canal Trail, and University of Denver. With an open-floor plan, this spacious home is fully stocked to meet your needs.brbrWith 2,885 sq. ft. of space, there is plenty of room for the whole family and friends too! There are three bedrooms on the main floor, the main full bathroom, a full bathroom off the master bedroom, and a dining area and large living room with a wood-burning fireplace off the kitchen. The basement includes a large family room with a sectional that converts into two twin beds, a wood-burning fireplace, a full bathroom, a bedroom, an office/bedroom (air mattress can be used), and laundry. There are three TVs located in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and the master bedroom. The private backyard and covered patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ!brbrEntire home, including the double-car garage, is available for our guests.brbrWe aim to please and would be happy to host you and your family or friends! Downtown Denver is just a 20-minute drive, and if you hop onto C-470, you can get to the mountains and ski resorts within an hour!brbrDirect driving access to University Blvd (a major north-south thoroughfare) and Arapahoe Rd (a major east-west thoroughfare). A short walk to RTD bus stops on University Blvd and Arapahoe Rd.
