We have a beautiful home available in Central-West Boulder at the corner of 7th and Pleasant Street. We are about five blocks from Pearl Street, two blocks from hiking on Flagstaff Mountain, and a short walk to the University of Colorado. The house is stone downstairs, with a huge fireplace and a central room for hanging out with a large television, piano, and view over a garden lot to the east.brbrBedrooms: The house has three bedrooms upstairs: two with queen beds another with a full-sized bed. We also have a study downstairs with a full-sized sleeping loft (brand new organic mattress) and adjoining bathroom.brbrBathrooms: One full-bathroom upstairs, and one bathroom with a shower near the loft downstairs.brbrOther Things: The house is child-friendly. However, be advised we do have open stairs if you have little ones. You are welcome to use our bikes, scooters, and basketball hoop. We also have a private patio with a gas grill that looks out onto an undeveloped lot with a mature garden.
