The condo was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Waking up to elk everyMorning was amazing.

Loved our stay here. Immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished in a quiet neighborhood that was the perfect basecamp for our RMNP adventure.

Perhaps one of the best maintained and well stocked VRBO‘s I have stayed in in the last 10 years. We had three ball elks outside our living room window as the sun came up the first day. Hard to top that. Five or six minute drive to Estes Park, and all the restaurants and stores.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The location was perfect for our son’s wedding at the Della Terra!

Very close to Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The home was beautiful. Loved sitting outside listening to the river flow & every evening we sat by the cozy fireplace. Will definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful home and we all felt very comfortable. It was remarkable to see elk and deer from the deck (as well as wild turkeys)! I am glad that I did not see any bears and appreciated the heads up!

All the amenities as listed. Clean and comfortable, everything working well. River side setting was great. Good location. We had elk right in the backyard and a sidewalk across the street which is a half a mile from a Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.

Beautiful property, quiet, clean and easy to work with.

The cabin has a beautiful view out of the back windows in the living room and bedrooms. It overlooks a creek at the base of mountain. We were able to watch elk feed down the mountain while drinking coffee by the fire place. Everything was clean and the amenities were great. The only thing missing were Kcups for the Keurig. However, there was enough complimentary coffee to make one full pot in a conventional coffee pot. It is located about 10 minutes from town. It is in close proximity to the cabins next door but that did not bother us. We did ask for flexibility on the chick in and check out times but those were non negotiable. We were only there two days but overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again.

Spacious & comfortable stream side property with great amenities & views. Ample living & kitchen areas. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils & cookware. Comfortable living room furniture and gas fireplace. Ample bathroom amenities. Beds need to be replaced & there needs to be instructions on how to use the Roku TV service. Other than the beds and TV service, great place!

Wonderful 5 night stay in Mid October with a family of 6. Great location on the Fall River. Elk visiting the backyard most days. Very close to the Fall River entrance to RMNP. Felt secluded in the little community of town homes, but still very convenient to Estes Park. Condition of the property was just as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. Hope to visit again.

We had such an amazing stay! The home is very clean and welcoming! The river behind the house was so relaxing! We spent so much time just enjoying the river along with the elk, birds, and mule deer that came to the river for water. The location is also wonderful! We will definitely be booking this home again!

We have stayed at the River Rock Retreat twice now. It's a beautiful getaway in the perfect location next to the Fall River, and between Estes Park and RMNP. We will be back!

We were very pleased with our stay here! The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect distance from town…about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Estes. The river behind the cabin was the absolute cherry on top. We loved opening up the windows to listen to it. We will be definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Estes Park!

We loved this rental. It was extremely clean, and so comfortable. The bed and bedding was nicer than my own home - honestly felt like luxury. The place is quiet and peaceful. We opened the back windows to hear the bubbling river and it was like being at a spa. Honestly nicer than I even expected. We rent 2-3 times a year and this is in our Top 2 rentals EVER. Loved this place. Thank you.

Beautiful unit with gorgeous setting on River. Very roomy, Clean, and comfortable

Great location for going to park or downtown. Loved the river behind the property. We had 3 generations staying - the upstairs loft was great for the kids to hang out separately from the adults. Kitchen well stocked - we had everything we needed. Beautiful property, wonderful stay!
