Both have stunningly views of the lake and share a driveway and 2 1/2 acres. The water in this cabin is well water and may be hard or off color at times in reaction to the hot tub chemicals. brbrThis beautiful mountain home is ready for you to enjoy the Rocky Mountains and the National Park's 100th year anniversary! Right on Lake Estes, 1mi from town and on a 3mi walking loop, w/ fishing right off the property! Minutes walk from the best fly fishing in the area and from a kids activity center w/ go carts, mini golf, & batting cages. Free Estes Town shuttle drives by the house during summer season. We are not a hotel, we do our best to make sure that every guest and group are happy. The cabins are in the mountains and therefore small furry and crawly friends may visit from time to time, especially in the late fall. All of our cabins are NO SMOKING inside or on the decks and patios, the Rocky Mountains are under constant fire danger and our cabins are all made of wood. We also want to respect the smells and preferences of other guests. If our onsite managers smell smoke of any type then the entire deposit is forfeit. Our cabins in Estes Park are on well systems. That means the sinks can have streaks when clean and the HOT TUBS can be off color as the minerals react with the cleaning chemicals. The water is safe to drink and clean! PETS are allowed in BOTH cabins, however, we only cater to dogs and only very well behaved ones. This cabin can have 1 dog, the other only 2. Please keep dogs crated when not home. We do not have dog runs at this time. Please clean up after dogs. We require an additional cleaning fee for pet dander and rug shampoo so that our allergic guests are also happy. This does not cover cleaning up after dogs outside. Please clean up after your dogs. We charge a $50 pet fee for EACH dog that is not usually reflected in the price quote. FIRE: wood burning is not allowed in Estes Park vacation rentals inside or outside so there are heated electric fireplaces on both floors. PARKING: the driveways are large and we visibly have room for 6 vehicles at each house BUT ARE RESTRICTED TO 3-4 due to city code, if you have more than that we are happy to help you find alternative off-site places to park. CAMERAS: we have live closed circuit cameras on the driveways, the main decks, and the water front. These are for safety and security and are only accessed by the owner.
