Stayed Jun 21, 2025You can stop your search as this is the spot! Our family consisted of two boys (ages 12 and 15) along with my husband and I. We usually stay a little outside of town and changed things up this time and couldn't have been happier! You are in the middle of the action, but yet a nice private home away from home. Yes, there is a Mexican restaurant next door, but there was ZERO concern once we got there as the music was low (couldn't hear inside the home) and off by 9ish. Not only was that a win, but the food was delicious as well and the views outstanding!Shawn was the best communicator out of any VRBO we've ever stayed at. We noticed one of the remotes was missing for one of the tvs in the home and while not an issue at all, Shawn delivered a new remote to our front door for us while we were out. He went over and above to ensure we were settled, having a nice stay and everything was meeting our expectations. He was also a friendly face around the complex. The home itself was beautiful. Had all the necessary amenities, was clean with comfortable beds. If and when we return to Estes, we would absolutely stay again!

Stayed Nov 15, 2024This condo was in the perfect location, walkable to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was spotless. My only slight concern was the constant music from the Mexican restaurant next door. 9am-9pm it was on. It didn’t bother us too much, but it would’ve been nice to have some quiet.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Great location near city center. We were on the top floor. Lots of stairs. I didn't ask if there is an elevator. If you have problems with stairs ask before booking. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Mexican restaurant next door but closed early so noise didn't bother us. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We were primarily in the area to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park, but staying in a place that overlooks downtown Estes Park was incredibly convenient. Able to walk to the Stanley Hotel, walk Lake Estes, grab coffee and shop.
