The open floor plan of the main level has comfortable leather furniture in the living area, large flat screen, games table, and is complete with a native Colorado stone gas fireplace. The dining area is outfitted with a large wood and iron table and seats 8. Complete with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, a gourmet kitchen has all the necessities and utensils to please the cook of the family. brA large, south facing deck with flower planters overlooks the golf course and the aspen filled mountains. There is ample outdoor seating during the summer months as well as a gas grill. Rounding out the main level is a cedar paneled hot tub room with a tub that will comfortably fit up to 5 adults. br There are two primary bedroom suites on the upper level, with bathrooms including marble counters and spa-like marble tile showers with glass doors. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed with a decorative wood headboard, the other has a California king . Additionally on this level you will find a living room with a queen sofa bed, a TV entertainment center plus a full patio deck with a BBQ and fire pit for your enjoyment. Down one level there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a laundry area for your use. Upstairs you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom.brbrThe kitchen comes equipped with an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, normal coffee machine and all utensils/cooking essentials. No condiments/coffee ingredients or cooking oil provided. There are heating controls on every room and a mobile AC unit upstairs.
