With four bedrooms, 3 kings and 1 queen, there is plenty of room for 8 to sleep in their own rooms.....however, there are also 2 sofa sleepers in the house and 2 twin air mattresses, as well as a pack-n-play. Plenty of room for everyone! The game room is always fun for the kids, old & young, offering pool and foosball. The Rarus is located 3/4 of a mile east of the continental divide at 10,800ft in the San Isabel National Forest on private property.
