Private setting; the home sits on 11 grassy mountain acres. Horses graze on the fenced property. Paved roads to the property and a level circular driveway allow for easy entering, exiting, and unloading. Indoor Amenities include Full-Service Kitchen w/2 ovens, Washer/Dryer, 3 Baths, Large Dining Room, Large Living room, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Large Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Fireplace (wood provided), and Nordic Track Pro Skier. NOTE: The home is in the mountains at 8000 feet and does NOT have A/C because Temperatures average about 15 degrees cooler than downtown in the summer, and it rarely requires additional cooling beyond a fan.
