The kitchen was designed with great attention to detail: stainless steel appliances, gas range, powerful vent hood, large fridge, Quartz countertops and plenty of storage.brbrA coffee and bar area featuring an under-counter beverage fridge, bar sink, coffee maker and electric kettle is separate from the kitchen and keeps the flow of traffic away from the cooking. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests at the table and 4 more outside on the deck.brbrThe living area has a comfortable 96" four-seater sofa and 43" Roku-enabled Smart TV with access to free and paid internet streaming channels including hundreds of commercial-free movies and TV shows on Netflix.
