Cute, clean condo right on Fall River. Perfect for our RMNP adventures! North entrance to the park a minute away. We would love to stay again.

We loved our stay! Such a cozy place! Location is so convenient to RMNP and Estes Park. It’s tucked away, quiet location is a perfect place for a get away! The entire place was thoughtfully stocked and clean!

We absolutely loved the cabin and property, the proximity to town and the park was great! When we go back we will definitely get this cabin again every time. Fishing right out the back door was a huge plus.

Worst VRBO experience we have had. Easy things: dated, uncomfortable furniture with stained cushions. Feels like Brady Bunch house. Crumbs on rug in living room.Dated curtains, 80’s gold bathroom fixtures with missing light bulbs. Dated kitchen appliances with refrigerator that never stops running very loud. Invest in some updated stuff!Smell when you enter hallway common area smells like strong bug killer.Would have been nice to be warned that roof was being worked on. Very loud and dropping old sections of metal rain gutters down while sitting on deck. Crazy! The hard thing to fix but most annoying: electric heat clicks loudly all night! Wondered why there was a white noise machine in bedroom but unfortunately that did nothing to hide noise, pillows over heads didn’t help. Dropped temp from 68 to 62. Stopped for a while. After first night almost just left to get a hotel room.Would not recommend this place. Only good thing is location on river but hard to see from old high windows.

Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed this property! It was very clean and well stocked. Being creekside was lovely. I left an item behind and was contacted immediately and the owner worked with me to mail it. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was great. The close proximity to the river from the back porch was fantastic; we were able to keep the windows open and hear the river all the time during the day. Close access to town and RMNP. The unit was very clean and had all the things we needed. Host was great and communicative before and during the day, including answering questions I had after we booked. We come to Estes for a getaway at least once a year and will definitely plan on staying in the same place again

I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and fun. Kitchen has plenty to cook with, the fireplace kept the apartment cozy. There are lots of little details that made my stay special. There were even scissors and tape. Owners definitely pay attention to the details. Would recommend!

Charming, Swiss-looking chalet condo in a GREAT location very close to the Fall River entrance of RMNPark. This place is on the end of the building, on river level, with a nice little covered porch. You are about 10' from the river and there's an enticing little trail all along the river. An enormous bull elk was slowly grazing right across the river from us for about a half an hour in the early morning. Wow.

We really enjoyed our stay- very comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. The highlight for us however was the streamside location with such a lovely soundtrack of flowing water!

My husband, 6 year old son and myself had a wonderful stay. The property was very nice and clean and the patio sat right on a gorgeous river. My son had the time of his life throwing sticks in the river and watching them float downstream. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time in Colorado, and we wanted to stay near RMNP. This was 3 minutes from the National Park entrance and 10 minutes from Downtown Estes Park. The balcony on the edges of the river was everything we imagined it would be. Place was clean and had all you need to enjoy your stay! We will keep this place in mind for the future!

If you’re looking for a place to stay as close to RMNP as you can get, look no further! My wife and I had an excellent stay here, and found all of the amenities we needed included. Everything was very well detailed and described making for an easy arrival and departure. The location doesn’t get much better, providing easy access to the park for early morning hikes or sunrise drives. Having elk and Fall River right off your back deck are just a bonus!
