Electric fans also provide cooling. brbrAt night, the unit retains the day's heat well and the heating system is turned off. This allows for the interior temp. to be stable in spring, summer and early fall months with the unit heat setting being off.brbrRadiator floor heating operations: brIn winter months, or when the heating system is on during cold temperatures, the building's central heating system can emit pipe expansion sounds during heat-up and cool-down phases.br If needed in warmer months, setting the thermostat at 68-70 helps stabilize the system. br The unit is well insulated and retains heat very effectively. You will be a short drive to world class skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, rafting, or boating, and less than an hour to the splendor of Rocky Mountain National Park. Don`t forget to adventure to the wonderful mountain towns (especially Grand Lake) that are dotted up and down the valley.brbrThe train from Denver is within walking distance, a free bus will get you up and back to the resort or the downtown of Winter Park, or you can hop on the trail network to explore.brbrGreat location within Fraser, you can get to everything with a short walk. You will need to walk up steps from ground level to enter the condo. Also, though the garage is attached to the condo, there is no direct access from inside the condo, you will need to walk outside down the steps.br✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors. br✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.br✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front doorbr✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8ambr✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules.
