The home has 4 bedrooms (3 Queens, 2 twin beds, pack n play), full bath upstairs and 3/4 bath on the lower level. The open area living room is open to the kitchen and dining area (table seating for 8) for easy entertaining. From there you can walk out to the full front & side deck to fantastic views and wildlife. This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and not just for sleeping!

The lower level allows a bonus Family room for others to hang out, featuring a 55 internet enabled flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a walkout patio with additional outdoor seating. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. Complimentary WiFi allows you to stay connected during your stay.

Strategically located with acres of outdoor space to explore. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and the YMCA of the Rockies & their many activities. Making it a perfect base for exploring the great outdoors. The town of Estes Park (4 miles) also offers many activities and festivals. Walk out the door to a trail into the National Park. Day passes are available for all YMCA activities for $29/day for adults, $14/day kids 14 & under, kids 6 & under are free.
