With 5 bedrooms plus a loft, the sleeping capacity is 14-16 depending on the mix of adults and children. Granby Ranch has instituted a new policy for renters using the pool and hot tub at the base lodge beginning May 1st, 2021. Renters are required to pay $10 per person per day for access to Ranch Hall.
