Stayed Jul 25, 2025The hosts were very accommodating for an early check-in - everything was in place as advertised. Plenty of room for our 3 adult children and their children. The family really enjoyed the hot tub, sunrise, and the view(!), spacious kitchen, and great grill with gas connection. Location in proximity to the market and town was also optimal. Only very minor downside was we couldn't seem to figure out TV/Cable operation but that was no matter as we were gone most of the day anyway!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our family chose Granby and this house to have a little reunion. There were 13 of us, ranging from 4 years old to 70 years old, and it was a fantastic visit! The sleeping arrangements were great and between the two living rooms, the dining room, and the deck, there was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was there and the local grocery store was easy to get to. Overall an A+ visit!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We had a great stay at this property. Our family got together to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and spend time together. The house is in a beautiful location. It was clean and the perfect size for our large family. The kids enjoyed the play room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was ok but a little “tired”. Location was good but we had some issues and never had return calls for maintenance. The house was good for our family.
