Mountain Home Near Granby Ranch/Sol Vista w/private 7 Person Hot Tub & 2car Gar

Spacious, clean and well stocked! Love love love that jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the mountains. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to around the area. The grocery store is conveniently located and there's also some restaurants a short drive into town. Plus, I found a great tiny coffee shop (Simple Coffee) on the edge of town that make great lattes!

Our family of 10 really liked staying in this home! It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed cooking in the clean kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub,

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. It was very comfortable and clean. We were happy to be able to grill steaks and enjoy the hot tub after snowshoeing.

The house was nice and met our needs, just couple things to note.1. the fridge was full of food when we arrived, so we had to throw it out to make room for our food.2. We had planned on leaving early in the morning until we realized we had to wash & dry the bedding and towels. If we rent the house again, we would probably bring our own bedding and towels so we can leave earler.3. It would have been nice to have either salt or sand to put on patches of ice at the entry.

On our arrival the driveway was not thoroughly plowed and there was ice buildup on the front steps and sidewalk. The absence of a handrail made entry treacherous.The home was quite cozy but there were far too many personal decor items, it appeared cluttered.The living room fireplace was inoperable and a big disappointment. The oversized dining room table made it difficult to navigate. The indoor parking was a plus! The setting/neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. It was easy to access recreational activities.

We love this spot and have stayed 3 times now! Great access to ski resort, lots of space and very private.

Great location, Mountain View’s but 5 minutes from the super market is pretty awesome! The home is a bit cluttered with home decor, but we also brought a lot with our group of 6 (2 being kids). The few cons I had was not really having enough hang up space for all our gear. We got creative and did manage but a dedicated closet in the downstairs room would have been stellar. The TVs gave us quite a few issues, the living room in particular. You had to be right in front of the tv to get the remote to compute, it lost internet at-least twice a day and the TVs themselves are ancient. We however didn’t come for that so not a game changer. The space was well equipped with all the paper, plastic and laundry products to have a comfortable stay. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Granby. House was clean and spacious for our family. Awesome views from the hot tub. We will stay here again when we are in the area next time.

The place was very nice. Quiet but near to town. We had a great 2 weeks.

This property was conveniently located for the activotes we wanted to participate in. The host was very communicative about the house and access, etc. The kitchen was well set up with all the essentials and the hot tub was an added bonus! We loved being able to travel with our dog and had good space to walk her around the yard/property.

Great place to stay. defiantly would come back if we were in this area again.

Clean and comfortable home that met our needs for our Christmas vacation. Disappointed in the lack of supplies in the house, for example there were no Kleenex, foil, Saran Wrap or baggies in the kitchen. The cookie sheets and some pans could be replaced very scratched and seemed like they couldn’t get cleaned.

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely stay again. The house and location were perfect. It had everything we needed and it was really nice to be able to bring the dog. The beds were comfortable, hot tub was great and kitchen was well appointed.

The oweners outstanding leaking hot water heater...replaced it next day...Thanks to owners...main door handle...replaced same day...we realized things wear out...would recommend staying here ...Thanks to the owners ... J. & S. & D. D. Was a BEAST..HANDLING THAT WATER HEATER !!!

Love the quietness of the location and the wildlife, including fox. Only small complaint I have is the upstairs bedrooms are in dire need of new pillows

We felt right at home at this well appointed property in Granby Ranch. The neighborhood has wide open spaces between homes and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It was not far to the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was also close to peaceful paddle boarding on Monarch Lake and the cute town of Granby.
