Our home is lovingly furnished with a shabby chic farmhouse design, lots of natural light, and an open floor plan. Well-stocked kitchen, free off-street + driveway parking, huge back yard, private hot-tub, home theater, free & fast WiFi, full w/d, and quiet safe neighborhood. We can sleep up to 7 guests. 3 bedrooms upstairs -queen, bunkbed, and pull-out day bed. Fenced yard + (1) 50 lb dog friendly. Open for longer stays & short-term rentals during the winter. **Note: We primarily live in the attached garage apartment which is extra sound-proofed and has a separate side entrance. Our guests rarely see or hear us and we are available if anything comes up. Guests have exclusive access to the driveway and backyard. The door to our studio stays locked for the entirety of our guest stays. The lower sunken den/family room has a home theater big comfy couch, a recliner chair, and a walkout to the backyard. brbrGas Range and Ice Maker in the fully stocked kitchen with semi-new appliances and a stocked Keurig. brbrFull bathroom off the upstairs hall and a shower off the main bedroom. My home is on the 12th tee of Indian Peaks (public) golf course, within walking distance of several bus routes, shopping, rec centers, clubs, etc. The space includes 3 bedrooms: one king master en suite, one queen, a triple (a bunkbed, both of which are doubles and one single double) upstairs, with a shared bath for the queen and triple. There's also a full kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, deck, and laundry. I would be staying periodically in the ground-level floor, with a separate entrance. Therefore, the lowest level of my 3-level home is off-limits. I travel a lot and would also be spending most of the year with my daughter and grandchildren in NYC, only staying there about a week every other month.

Enjoy the park and walks around Waneka Lake, where paddle boats are available for rent between Memorial and Labor Day.
