As for the kitchen, it has a full set of pots and pans, flatware and place settings for 6, dishwasher, gas stove, a microwave, blender, kettle, and a coffeemaker. There is gigabit wifi throughout the house and the Blu-Ray player in the living room has apps for watching Netflix, Amazon Video, and other streaming services. The front and back porches have seating areas and are great for enjoying the mountain air or a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate. The front and back yards are great for games or for playing with your pooch. All we ask is that you pick up after your dogs before you leave. Three off street parking spaces keep your vehicle from getting stuck in the slush in the winter months. The house is within walking distance of downtown. Georgetown is located just off of I-70 and is close to several ski resorts such as Loveland (12 miles / 15 minutes), Keystone (29 miles / 35 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (20 miles / 30 minutes), and Winter Park (30 miles / 45 minutes).
