With a separate lock-off entrance through the backdoor, this expansive basement has one huge bedroom with a king bed, 2 closets, full stereo with turntable, large full bathroom, dining area, wet bar, mini-fridge, fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, free wifi, coffee maker, and a leather couch with a super comfortable memory foam queen pull out hide a bed. Walk out to the pool area (heated pool & hot tub are both fully open!), 10 foot deep end, with attached hot tub, diving board, where you will find covered outdoor furniture & dining tables, BBQ gas grill, gas fireplace, lounge chairs, surrounded by large trees for privacy (apple, peach, cherry, spruce). Close to amenities (lake, hiking, restaurants, grocery, watering holes). Have fun!!brbrHost lives upstairs and is available by phone. There is no shared space on the inside of the home.
