Large house in the mountains, (pre-approved!) dogs welcome

Beautiful setting in mountains. Very good communication with host. Really enjoyed all the amenities provided especially the outdoor patio and grill. Would recommend highly.

Great communication with Kristie! Excellent host. The location was perfect for us…close to great hikes, fishing, casino, shopping and golfing. The house had everything we needed! Just as described!

Kristen is an amazing host! Very responsive, checking in on us early to make sure things were okay, mailed us a shoe we left behind and overall took care of us from afar. Just amazing. We saw 7 bull sheep grazing about 2 blocks from the house which really made our stay. We loved this property and our stay!

This is a beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom and all on different floors. I think that there should be some kind of hand rail to hold on to when going down the patio as we are older and need something to hang on to. Also, just a suggestion, maybe a small fenced yard out front to let the down run around for a little bit. We had an excellent time and I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you Kristin

Very decent kitchen. Don't need to bring seasonings. Nice deck next to the kitchen. There are a couple spots of the deck next to the bedrooms that weren't sturdy and were rotting. But besides that it was amazing, and my dog loved it.

The owner was very responsive to our questions and a few maintenance issues.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is just as pictured and described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and very little traffic on the streets around the house. We spent hours sitting on the deck soaking in the beauty of the surrounding mountains.The property owner is fantastic! She made sure that we had what we needed. She left a folder full of information about the property and the surrounding area. If this property is on your list of possible vacation rentals, do yourself a favor and just rent it. You will not be disappointed!

Great property located to many activities. Very clean and managed very well. I stay in many vrbos this is one of the best.

Property manager was thoroughly communicative and accessible. House pictures are accurate. My two young kids loved their room with the bunks. I enjoyed having coffee out on the wrap-around porch. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies/appliances and in working order. Liked being able to use the puzzles and games from the living room. Pleasant walking distance to hiking trails, a small market, and downtown Georgetown.

Lots of room for family dinning big kitchen with lots of everything you need to cook and clean bedrooms spread out for privacy was great out doors nice decks and table for outdoor dinners and house was east to find safe close to everything we needed would recommend for any one with wanting to relax and get away.Kristin thanks for the great communication. The in house folder with everything we needed to know was great.Great value we would stay again if and when we come back to the area

We spent almost 3 weeks at this incredible location. We needed a home base as our son graduated from medical school and got married. This was a perfect property for us. It had everything we could need in the property itself, and we could walk almost everywhere we wanted to in Georgetown. Our communication with the owner was easy and responsive. We would definitely return to this property!

Just the perfect cottage - great location!

I love to cook and this kitchen was fantastic! Actually got some ideas for my kitchen as home. Kristen was great at communication. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. Georgetown was beautiful in the autumn. Highly recommend biking around the lake. We had a peaceful weekend. Thanks for sharing your home
