The walkway from the carpark to the front porch enhances the sense of entering a private retreat. It is flanked by the chink-log cabin and Cottonwoods, with a wooden bridge that crosses the irrigation channel and leads to rock steps and the front porch. brbrThe house can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in two upstairs bedrooms and a twin sofa couch in the downstairs living area. Each upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the large main bedroom also has a portable twin bed. Both bedrooms have closets with hangers and clothes storage. The full bathroom with a claw foot bath/shower combo is also upstairs. brbrThe open-plan downstairs has a comfortable living area with south-facing windows, a dining area with a large table that easily accommodates six guests, and a well-appointed kitchen. It also has a firebox, a laundry cubby with a washing machine, and a half bath. The house has wifi and a smart TV. There is also a dryer available for guest use. brbrThe kitchen has a range of amenities for your cooking needs. This includes dishware, silverware, glassware, cookware, a full refrigerator with a top freezer, a toaster, a kitchen range, and a dishwasher. Kitchen appliances include a drip coffee machine, food processor, microwave, and a range of bakeware. brbrThe outdoor living areas comprise a front porch with seating, a swing seat, a table and chairs, and a BBQ. Livingston is 25 minutes to the North of the house. We recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter time. The roads in the neighborhood are plowed in the winter, but its always a good idea in Montana!brbrThere is no garbage service in the area, so guests must take their bagged garbage to a local green bin during their stay and before departure.
