We are located about a 25 minute walk from Main Street in uptown Butte and a 5 minute walk from the Uptown walking trail and Montana TechbrThe spacebrWe have a great yard with hot tub, a fire pit, BBQ and sand pit available for guests to use. We are also located in a quiet neighborhood but close to uptown Butte where there are several festivals throughout the year.brbrThere is only one room with a queen size bed, but there is a cot available for use as well as a double sized pull out couch available to use in the living room.brbrbrI do allow pets on occasion, and I do require a $300 pet deposit. this deposit is refundable if the space is left clean, no damage is done by pets, and the pet was picked up after in the yard.
