Full bath, washer and dryer and outside access to yard and firepit area. brQuality construction throughout, solid core doors, very comfortable, cozy beds and very quiet and lots of extra space. brThis property is in an exclusive subdivision and there are neighbors nearby, so no loud parties or large groups please. Parking is limited to 6 cars and no parking on county road (Sloan Lane) or on Wild River Drive (private drive) is allowed. Solid core doors and extra insulation provides excellent sound proofing and guests can stay on 3 different floors and have their own bathroom. New windows, siding, air conditioning and 6-ft Whirpool/AirBath/Jacuzzi tub in the primary suite and walk-in tiled shower.
