Loved the views from here! House was clean and has washer/dryer. Didn't like not having doors on bathrooms.

Great views, clean and exactly what we were looking for. Can be to the north entrance of Yellowstone in just over a half hour. Would stay here again.

Good location for Yellowstone park.

The porch door locks were broken and secured with carabiner clips. It was not communicated with us prior to arrival that the property was for sale and that showings would be allowed during our stay. We were messaged about a showing 6 hours prior to the scheduled time and were in Yellowstone with no service, so we didn’t receive the communication. We walked out of the shower and bathroom to find the realtor and strangers inside the house.

Kims place was very nice. The views from the wrap around porches were just as pictured. He gave clear and easy check in and check out instructions, even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Easy access to the North entrance to Yellowstone National Park with less than a 30 minute drive. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking if that is your choice. Only an hour drive to Bozeman airport. This cozy cabin is in the perfect location for your Yellowstone trip. I highly recommend Kims cabin. We saw deer on the way in and out every day. It was a nice quiet end to our days touring Yellowstone. Some people left reviews about the bathroom doors, note both bedrooms have sliding doors and the bathrooms are tucked back far enough this was not an issue at all. We traveled with 2 couples and never felt a loss of privacy.

House was not very clean, unable to lock sliding glass door, (it was partially secured with carabiners). House has one window unit for a/c.Beautiful views, remote location

Nice space in general. The kitchen could use more dishes, cups and glasses. The floors and windows were dirty. I had to mop and clean first thing. All the closets are messy and disiorganized. There are no screens or ways to get ventilation in the bedrooms which was uncomfortable at night ( and maybe not to code?). The location is great. The view is great. The beds are good. side note. It seems like the construction was a rush job. But we are builders. So probably no one else will notice. asking price is too high!

We enjoyed the marvelous views from this house. It was very relaxing and a great place to recharge before heading back into Yellowstone. Whether inside or outside the views are fantastic. The accommodation is modern and comfortable.

The photos did not do it justice. Such an incredible location on a hill with insane views. Perfect little Oasis for us on our trip, we didn’t want to leave!

Almost really nice… but not.The views were beautiful. The beds were nice, and it was clean.But who doesn’t put doors on the bathrooms? With sliding doors to the bedrooms (non locking) as the only barrier?! By opening the sliding door to the first bedroom, you can literally see the toilet! Why would you design a house like this??! Also, kitchen supplies were SEVERELY lacking.

House is amazing with beautiful views from every angle. We stayed there and made daytrips to Yellowstone National Park. Perfect location. Kim is a wonderful host and responded to all of our questions timely. House is clean, bright, and well stocked for your everyday needs. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay about 30-40 minutes away from the North entrance to Yellowstone. We had not planned on cooking but ended up doing so as our choices for dining out are closed on Tuesdays-Wednesday which seemed odd & we were only able to stay those 2 nights! Lol, luckily, kitchen & grill were great so we were fine. Sunsets are beautiful!

This place was an absolute joy to stay in. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, along with my 18 and 13 year-old sons. We loved the panoramic view of the beautiful mountains and the peaceful area. It was always so nice to drive back “home” after being out and about venturing Yellowstone. Sitting out on the deck during sunrise and watching the deer wandering nearby was my own personal favorite. We are already discussing another trip to the area and will definitely stay here again. It is a must!

This home is great! There were four of us staying in this beautiful home in Emigrant. My husband and I and another couple stayed for three days of fly fishing. The home was perfect! Two king beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen stocked just right for four of us. And the views are amazing. Beautiful - beautiful. We fished the Yellowstone River. Our guides were from Anglers West in Emigrant. What a beautiful Paradise Valley and a perfect home to stay after days fishing!

Loved the house, loved the location, loved the amazing views! Easy access to Yellowstone and Livingston. The Old Saloon in town offered great service and really good food. Communication from the host, Kim was excellent with really good directions. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were huge. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely choose this beautiful home again. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Perfect location and house size for the 3 of us! Best view of the mountains from all sides!
