This house features amazing views of Philipsburg, Discovery Ski Area and the Pintler Mountains - all from your front porch. brbrBuilt in 2009, this three story chalet style house is perfect for your family retreat or reunion with good friends. The upstairs features one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), a full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2). In addition to the main deck featuring sweeping views of the Mountains and surrounding areas, the main level includes a Master Bedroom with a King (sleeps 2), another full bathroom and an open kitchen and living area that will be a great place to share memories with you and your closest friends and family. The lower level features a fourth bedroom with one queen bed (sleeps 2) and a third full bathroom. There is also a garage located on this lower level that is the perfect place to park the car and load everything up in heated comfort before heading to Discovery to find some fresh powder. brbrAs new owners to the property, we are looking to constantly make improvements to this special location. Modeled after the traditional Swiss Ski Chalet Alpine Haus hopes to capture the imagination of her guests as they come to experience the excitement which is Philipsburg. After over two years of renovations Alpine Haus is finally complete. She has come a long way as well, completely transformed from the shell she started out as into the cozy Loft she is now. The Photos show some of the painstaking labor which occured to bring Alpine Haus to where she is today. br The Loft has two queen size beds, a Queen size pull out couch and large leather sofa which will accomodate an adult sleeper. The JØTUL wood burning stove will take the chill off the room as you settle in to your new temporary home. With limited dining options in Philipsburg it's nice to know that you have at your fingertips a very well appointed Kitchen complete with AGA six burner gas range and four ovens. Not to be outdone by the Kitchen the Bathroom boasts a very spacious walk in stone tiled shower as well as a Hammered copper Japanese soaking tub. br If you're looking for a fun, unique place to bring the family, spend your wedding night, have a small get together, or just get out of town for the weekend look no further. This unique late 1800s mining house was given new life with a total renovation over the past couple years. A mix of modern and reclaimed touches give you a sense of the home's history without compromising comfort. Located just three blocks from downtown Philipsburg and the award winning Philipsburg brewery, the old opera house and museums. Property is walking distance to open space to the east. Great views of Pintler mountains and Discovery ski hill from front porch. Minutes from fly fishing, skiing, Georgetown Lake, ghost towns, gem hunting etc. Oh, and the Sweet Palace! An open yet cozy layout with a mix of reclaimed materials and modern touches. A pellet stove provides additional heat and ambiance during the cooler months. The bathroom and kitchen have been totally updated with modern appliances and as many kitchen necessities as we could think of. This house has strong WiFi for remote work and streaming channels via Roku. Large outdoor patio and bbq area. House has two bedrooms (one Queen, and one twin over full bunk bed), as well as a sleeper sofa (though admittedly not the most comfortable option). We also have a sleeping pad for the floor a pack n play. This house can be booked with a second rental on the property. A detached guest suite that includes a queen bed, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, hot pot), and half bathroom (no shower or tub). It is just off the garage and perfect for guests who wish for a little additional privacy. Please refer to my other listing for details on this unit. Stay comfortably on Rock Creek at this lovely ranch style house! This quaint property offers a cozy and marvelous retreat for guests. Trout House is brand new as of summer of 2024! It resides on the banks of Rock Creek upstream from our other cabins by several miles. Trout House is our biggest place with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are a total of 9 queen beds. We went all out on this incredible house and are getting excellent feedback from our first few guests that we've had. Lots of big windows on both sides of the house because wherever you look out, the views are amazing! Large kitchen and bar area for big groups. Open living room with a gas fireplace. Infloor heat, WiFi, TVs in the living room and all four of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own sliding door to go outside to the patio area and creek. Living room and Patio speakers for playing music. Really cool Butler's Pantry for storing all your extra things, plus it has another sink, refrigerator, and the washer and dryer. Covered seating in the front and back of the house. Beautiful landscaped yard with trees and shrubs, and concrete patios and sidewalks. Whether you're here to exploring the charming little town of Philipsburg, or here to Trout fish, or simply relaxing, this house is a great place to call homebase while you're away.
