A 3/4 bathroom includes a stacked washer/dryer, and the bedroom on the first floor includes a full-sized bed. brbrA spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the remaining two bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with a trundle bed (two twins). brbrSpend your days at the beach and return to rinse off at the outdoor shower. A gas grill, deck with table/chairs, parking for 2 cars tandem-style, smart TV's for streaming, internet, ceiling fans, and two mini split AC units (one downstairs and one in the upstairs primary bedroom).
