Beautiful home on long sands beach .

This was our third time staying in this beautiful house! It was perfect for our family!! Lots of group space to enjoy together, and enough separate space when needed.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving and hope to return next year. This was our 2nd year at the house and we felt right at home. Thank you for an excellent place for our family to gather.

Perfection. Really the only way to describe this home on Long Sands Beach!Stayed here for a weekend with my 18 yr old daughter and 9 of her friends. PLENTY of room / beds / bathrooms for everyone! Access to the beach is perfect...and the ocean views are amazing!House is prestine. Everything you need / want for a great stay is there.Lila was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this house!!!

Wonderful property, wonderful location. It accommodated our family of 13 (8 adults, 5 young children) very well. It was very well equipped and tastefully decorated.

We were four families of friends and kids who go on an annual trip to York Beach together. The house was just as pictured, had plenty of space for each family and our kids to sleep comfortably, and plenty of space to gather. Great outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, and you can’t beat the location.

We wanted a nice place to get together with our family near the ocean. The house was great, perfect for adults and kids! It was nice having the living area on a separate floor than the bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the decks which had an amazing view. Walk to the ocean was extremely easy.

Plenty of room for our family of 11 with space to be together and space to be apart. The kitchen is amazing. The view is incredible!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving at the comfortable York Beach home. It was even better than expected! The kitchen was easy to cook in, our family had plenty of room to stay, and it was so nice to easily walk to the beach. Thanks for all!

This property well exceeded our expectations. It is super nice - so nice I find it hard to believe they rent it out! :) We were a group of 6 college friends who wanted a place to hang out together for a weekend. Everyone found the beds very comfortable, the house had everything we needed. The temp control worked fast and very well. Location just steps to the beach was amazing - made for great morning walks. There was ample seating areas and a huge dining table which was perfect. Our host was very responsive and easy to reach. I would highly recommend it!

We go to Maine a few times a year and this is the most beautiful house we stayed. Its a Wow!!!!! Everything was so perfect: location, furniture, kitchen, view… etc See you in a couple of months!!!

The house was more than we thought it would be. It was spacious, clean, and in such an amazing location to the beach, lighthouse, short sands shopping, and the York river too! We would definitely love to stay here again!!
