Our cabin is right on the water and has a nice deck that sits right on it. brThe cabin sits right on the point so you really can’t any neighbors while you are there. The place is extremely relaxing and quiet. There is a PORTA POTTY as the cabin is right on the water, we have not been approved for a bathroom.The water in the is crystal clear, 40 feet derp in the middle, but the sandy swimming area goes out gradually so it is great for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, jet skies, fishing etc. The pond has brook trout, salmon, bass and pickerel in it. It has a sandy bottom with a gradual grade which is great for swimming.brThe cabin is located of a quiet gravel road and the public boat landing is across from the pond. There is usually a couple if loons around the pond and a family of ducks. brThere is plenty room in the cabin, a queen bed, and 3 twin beds upstairs, and a full size bed downstairs. There is also a bunkhouse with a queen bed and a twin bed. br brThere is electricity in the cabin with a small kitchen. There is an outdoor shower, which is enclosed and works quite nice. There will be a porta potty on the property and it is kept clean,brThere is hot running water in the cabin, which is pumped in from the lake, but it is not drinkable brThe property is very close to ATV trails and the road is an access road for ATVs. brWe are a few minutes away from the town of Lincoln, Maine, with restaurants, and shopping. There is a Walmart, hannaford supermarket, gas stations and Dunkin’ DonutsbrThere is cell phone reception here and WIFI as well as ROKU for the TVbr We look forward to you using the cabin and enjoying the pond.
