We have a living room with potential to sleep several on a jumbo recliner couch and on 2 extra long twin beds. This is a completely private living room for our guests. There is a second full bathroom off the first floor hall and serves guests sleeping in the living room. We DO NOT have a full kitchen but do have a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster. Continental breakfast supplies are available in the living room. A hot tub, beach equipment, and robs are a few of the amenities that are included. We have strong WiFi.
