Stayed Aug 18, 2025Amazing, freshly renovated cottage that was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable. Nice sized fenced in yard, grill, and deck. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were all included which made the short walk to the beach much easier. Beach access is through a walkway at the end of the street, driving to the beach requires a longer loop through the neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to communicate with, we'd definitely recommend it!

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This is a very special experience for two reasons: The cottage is newly renovated 2025 and the owners used fine high quality workmanship throughout. It almost lacks by no fault of its own the summer cottage feeling, but for my husband and myself, we were ready for a sparkling and trendy pied-a-terre just minutes from the ocean. I believe we were the second people to occupy the little house.The owners live nearby, were extremely attentive to any needs, and appreciative of our leaving the place in very good order. We would most certainly pay the premium for this space again in the future. Nothing is lackng!

The cottage was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay effortless and relaxing. The owners were incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect visit. We couldn’t recommend this property more highly!
