Family Retreat with Ocean Views York Beach

Welcome to “Bayhaven” in York Beach, Maine! This gorgeous vacation home has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean across the street, with just a quick walk down to Short Sands Beach.



Completely renovated in 2023, the home offers four bedrooms (three bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the third floor, all queen-sized beds) with two new baths (showers only, no tubs) along with everything you'll need to make your Maine vacation memorable.



Thefirst level includes a ¾ bathroom with stacked W/D, amazing updated kitchen with gas cooktop, center eat-at island, dining area, and sitting area with TV. The second level offers three bedrooms, another ¾ bathroom, and the fourth bedroom is found on the third floor (all queen-sized beds).



The fully-stocked kitchen (with high end appliances and wine fridge) has everything you need - right down to the pot you'll want for a traditional New England lobster bake! If you are a vacationer that doesn't want to cook on your Maine-cation, then just  walk along the ocean to Short Sands Beach where you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and family-friendly fun all within a short walking distance. There is a gas grill located at the back of the house for those traditional hot dog and hamburger fans!



Almost every room has an ocean view, and the front porch is the ideal place to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning or to dine al fresco. 



If you are up for exploring, check out the surrounding towns of Portsmouth, NH as well as Ogunquit, Wells, Kennebunk/port and Portland, Maine.



Parking for three cars (tandem style), although you may not have to use one!  Friday to Friday Rental (In season) - off season has a 4 night minimum stay.
