Ski-in / ski-out lift access lets you get right out on the mountain and allows you the flexibility of quickly returning to your lodgings whenever you like. Additionally, shuttle service to the base lodge as well as other nearby facilities provides an alternate means of getting around. Plan your perfect vacation here, with something for everyone, no matter what time of year.brbrSKI-IN / SKI-OUTbrThe term ski-in / ski-out can be applied to many of the properties at Sugarloaf, but not necessarily mean quite the same thing. At a minimum, ski-in / ski-out properties allow you to access the mountain without the need to drive to another location. For a few properties, this means that your front door opens onto a major ski trail or lift station, but for many, you may have to walk some distance to access a trail, which can be uncomfortable in ski boots while carrying your skis. Our condo is located below the base lodge, but the upper mountain is accessed via a feeder lift known as the Snubber lift. This lift can be seen in some of the pictures for our property listing as viewed from our front door. A one-minute walk brings you to the trail below the lift, which you can ski down to access the lift station and enjoy a leisurely ride to the primary ski area. Additionally, there is a very convenient shuttle which stops directly in front of our building every 20 or 30 minutes (depending on the day), for alternative transportation to the base lodge.br

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of an elevator serviced building, and it is bright and airy with lots of windows. You will look directly at the mountain, and the Whiffletree lift is directly in front of the building for unparalleled convenience. Take the elevator down to the ski locker, put your boards on, and walk 50' to the Whiffletree Lift and away you go. At the end of the day, sit on the couch and relax for Apres Ski while you take in the views on the super comfy couch. Stay in and cook dinner in the well equipped kitchen, or take a two minute stroll over to the base area and Main Street to find all the restaurants and nightlife that Sugarloaf offers. The bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, so it will easily accommodate a family of 5. The living room has a 55 TV, and the bedroom has a 42 TV, and both offer Netflix YouTubeTV and Prime Video. The bathroom is a full bath and has a jacuzzi tub. Great hotel-alternative for extended families attending weddings in the area.brbrThis is a great place for one or two families, or if you prefer an adult ski getway, nicely accommodates 3 couples where each can have their own bathroom and privacy. Maximum for adults is 6, maximum number of children depends on number of adults (maximum occupancy is 8 total). Minimum age for primary renter is 27. brbrNew hot tub in 2020. Please note video doorbell cameras are present outside the front and back entries. The one at the back door does show the entire deck, including the hot tub area, if activated. There are no recording devices inside the propertybrbrWe are taking special measures to clean and sanitize between guests.
