That door has its own keypad with code.brThere are no other apartments on that floor of the house.brbrFor the living room area, we have a queen floor mattress as well as a single rollaway bed available. If you need either, just let me know.br- For the little ones, I have a Pack n Play as well as a highchair available.brbr** There is not a full kitchen in this apartment. I have instead assembled a kitchenette. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. Formerly the Morrill Mansion Bed & Breakfast, we recently dropped the breakfast to serve Airbnb & VRBO guests near and far as a boutique hotel.brbrRoom 3 is a sprawling suite with two guest rooms, a bonus room, & a private bathroom shared within the suite. *Parties will not be tolerated*brbrThe space:brThis historic home was built in the early 1800s for one of the founders of the B&M Factory (the M stands for Morrill). Up until 2021, the B&M factory had been exclusively making B&M beans and their infamous smoke stack was a staple in the Portland Skyline. What started as a single family home, the Morrill Mansion saw many other uses before morphing into a bed and breakfast in the 1990s, and recently dropped the breakfast to serve Airbnb guests near and far. Architectural details that make the home unique have been restored and modern amenities have been added to make your stay in Portland comfortable.brbrWith just eight guest rooms, our inn offers a peaceful stay satisfying social guests or those seeking solace. Each private room, with private ensuite bath, is furnished with a queen sized bed, television (not your traditional cable, we have a smart TV with a YouTube TV account which offers live channels), white noise machine, a reading chair (or couch depending on the room), and a mini fridge. During the summer months (May through October) each room has a window AC unit and during heating season each room has their own Rinnai heater which allows you to control your own heat. The guest rooms share the sitting room located on the first floor which has a coffee station and luggage nook for guests who need storage before and/or after check out.brbr***WINTER PARKING: If we should have a snow storm, the day after the storm, we are required to remove all cars from the parking area so it can be properly cleaned out. From 9am through 3pm cars must be moved. Closest street parking with no time restrictions is about a half mile away so its a good time to explore the sites downtown or in our neighboring cities! The host will message through the Airbnb website/app the day of snow removal and any car left in the parking area will be charged a $100 fee***brbrOther things to note:brFrom November through March, we will be completing light renovations between 10am and 5pm. During this time you may hear hammering, chop saws, thuds, etc.
