We rent our home weekly in the summer months. Weekends available in the spring snd fall seasons. The Historic 1898 York Community Bank & Trust was freshly renovated in 2025. Towels and linens provided with on-site laundry. Located in the heart of York Village, the property was converted to residential mixed-use space. The home has 5 Bedrooms, 6 Queen Beds, 4 Bathrooms, all with central heating and cooling. A large garden on-site and back yard lawn with fire-pit and outdoor dining for 20. Ample parking throughout the village center for multiple vehicles. This property was meticulously renovated for 18 months and new to the market in May 2025. There is a dining table for 20 on the first floor as well as large living room with TV and separate parlor for additional lounging at day's end. The safety-deposit box vault was converted to a wine-cellar with dry-bar. The gold vault was converted into a kitchen to accommodate any vacation or hosting needs. The first floor has 2 queen bedrooms, a full bath with shower/tub and double vanity as well as a half bath at the end of the bedroom hallway. The immaculately restored stairwell brings you to the second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen including laundry washer and dryer. We do not allow pets, smoking of any kind, or parties.brbr'Foodies' will enjoy being a 15-minute drive to the famous and delicious restaurants in Ogunquit/Perkin's Cove/Cape Neddick.
