This private enclave's community access point to Clary Lake is a short walk down the hill (approx.500ft), where you will find a dock for swimming and a small boat launch. For larger boats, there is a state boat launch 1 mile away.brbrThis newly renovated cottage with a separate bunkhouse is a great spot for family and friends to gather. The main house has an open-concept living area containing: the living room with a pull-out sofa, the dining area with seating for four, and the galley kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and dresser. There is one bathroom in the main house and it has a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer. The bunkhouse is detached from the main house. It has a bunkbed that contains a full-sized bed on the bottom bunk and a twin-sized bed on the top bunk and two dressers. brbrPrior to this property's renovation, it was a studio space for a printmaking artist. This cozy cottage is situated twenty feet from the shoreline of quiet Dyer Long Pond in Jefferson ME. Closed in the winter this quiet retreat offers a rustic pine interior with all the amenities needed to enjoy your Maine vacation. The peachtree gardenview en-suite bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower. brbrBelow is the King Lounge Suite, with a private lakeview lounge area and a king bed, also with a sunrise view over the lake. brbrThe back corner of the daylight basement is the Bunk Den, set up for a gang of good kids to enjoy. The bunk bed is a twin on top of a full, with a trundle twin to pull out below. The house is 35 feet from the water's edge surrounded by tall pines and tucked away at the end of a private, dirt road. The turnaround in front of the house can accommodate multiple cars around the edge but must be kept fairly clear for emergency vehicles .brbrThe house is three stories built into the side of hill so entry is into the second level. This main level of the house has a cathedral ceiling with skylights, field stone fireplace, LR/DR and fully equipped kitchen, bath with Jacuzzi, primary bedroom, and twin bedroom with trundle bed.
