There are three and a half luxurious baths.brbrIn June 2023 we completed a 18-month, down-to-the-studs renovation. Every surface is new for you to enjoy.brbrThe first floor -- kitchen, great room, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a wrap-around deck with distant water views -- is accessible for anyone with mobility issues; there is just one small step to get in the house.brbrUpstairs there is laundry, a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom + its own private deck, a bunk room with five twin beds, a delightful bedroom for two and a shared bath off the hallway.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a feast and the dining table can seat 12.brbrThe house is fully air conditioned. Gas grill on the deck, lawn games including corn hole and a smokeless fire pit. Lots of outdoor seating on the various decks and around the fire. A short walk away you will also find Cape Newagen Alpaca Farm and Gift Shop where you can learn all about these beautiful animals and maybe even get a kiss from an Alpaca!
