This cottage is clean and comfortable and very close to Short Sands Beach and the town of York beach, Me. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, consisting of one queen size bed and two double beds and a one quarter bathroom. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and a full bath. The front yard has a picnic table, lawn chairs and a Weber charcoal grill. We are a three minute walk to the beach. The cottage will accommodate six guests.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024Great location short walk down to short sands beach which is surrounded by restaurants, shops, ice cream, brewery, and some great coffee and breakfast places. House was clean and the host was wonderful. Quiet street we had a great time.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023The home's location is fantastic, very close to Short Sands beach and a quick drive to primary roads (Rt1, 95). The owner was very patient with all my questions and was easy to communicate with. The AC in the bedrooms was nice and the house was comfortable. Some minor negatives; The home was mostly clean, but there were a few areas that weren't. The bedroom with the queen bed is not much bigger than the bed itself. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Cable TV is quite limited. Still, an overall positive experience.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022We had a great week at the cottage! You can’t beat the location to Short Sands and all the beach shops and restaurants. The house itself has a great flow: an updated, open floor plan on the first floor + a bath with a tub/shower combo; upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms and a half bath. The kitchen is well appointed with all necessary cookware, dishes and appliances. It was very baby friendly for our crawling kiddo as well and came with two baby gates! Would certainly stay again!
