This home was completed in 2007 with granite countertops, stained glass accents, hardwood floors, 22 foot vaulted aspen ceilings and is situated on seven town lots. Lake City is truly a mountain paradise!brThe kitchen is fully equipped including cookware, mixer, dishes, crockpot, pancake griddle, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a warming drawer. The new gas grill is just outside the double glass doors leading from the kitchen to the deck. The intimate dining room will seat 6 - 8 people with additional seating for two at the granite-topped island.brThe master suite has double glass doors leading to a deck overlooking the river and a lovely king-sized mattress. All beds have heated mattress pads, and there is central heat for your comfort as well.brThe upstairs bedrooms were designed to have naturally circulating air. What this means is that each of the two upstairs bedrooms have 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and the air from the two rooms escapes upward. And the center wall of each of the rooms is 9 feet tall. However, part of the ceiling of each of the two rooms is open so that air escapes and naturally circulates with all of the air in the home. This creates a natural, circulating air system that keeps the temperatures extremely comfortable. Although these two rooms are side-by-side, there are two closets and a bathroom separating them.
