Bean's Place - Large Family Home with Beautiful Views From the Large Deck

We stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was very easy, property was clean and in great location. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is very spacious with beautiful views of the mountains! Comfortable rooms and a nice wraparound porch. We enjoyed the flat top grill and several deer came during the day. Tv did not work so and upgrade would be nice. Overall a great place!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at Bean's Place this year. It was exactly as promised on the listing with lots of space and all of the necessities for cooking and having a great long weekend. We even had some surprise deer come and visit on the porch the first morning when we cooked bacon. Would definitely recommend.

Second time we have stayed! We will definitely be back!

A great time for family. Three generations! The discussion on the last day was when we will come back next year. Game room a big hit.

We enjoyed our stay! Each room was private and bathrooms well equipped with towels and necessary items. We loved the porch and large kitchen (we have a lot of cooks in our family). The large table was wonderful for meals and games; we used it a lot! Only suggestion for future guests...bring extra TP. It was provided, but with a big group, you will need more. We did have to change the bedding on one bed and wipe down surfaces due to dust, but everything else was quite perfect for our Lake City stay.

Everything about this house is relaxing and perfect for family groups. We come to Lake City every couple of years and so have rented a variety of cabins and homes. This one is by far our favorite. Great location with a VIEW, which most Lake City properties don't have since it's a deep valley. The home is super comfortable with enough space to spread out. Awesome deck and grill. And the pool table!!! Traveling with teenage boys that can be hard to please, the game room and pool table was a huge hit. Also appreciated that pets are allowed. Our goldendoodle had a great time too! Loved all the photos displayed. It's obvious that this family has been coming to the mountains for multiple generations. They clearly love it and it shows! My son got married in Lake City and we needed several places to accommodate everyone. This was a great place for all of us to meet up and visit. We had a wonderful time.

We loved everything about the house. It was perfect for the dogs and had plenty of room. Location was wonderful as well. Looking forward to staying here again!

Cabin was roomy with a large deck, nice large dining table that was great for night time gaming.
