That's probably the main difference because I put a lot of time in effort making sure I like everything about the set up. It's located on a hill so you have ocean views on the premises and a cool breeze yet you are minutes to the peninsula!brbrThere will be a code to get through gated complexbrbrI am always available by phone and enjoy communicating with my guests!brbrI love that fact that I am centered right in between Triangle Square in Costa Mesa and Balboa Peninsula.
