You will love my cozy little pad! Newly renovated and recently furnished! The pool is great year around with access to a gym too. There are views of the ocean from the complex. Five minute drive to Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa Lido Marina and Balboa. Seconds away from Pacific Coast Highway where there are lots of fun restaurants, bars and boutiques. Uber or Lyft for $5 almost anywhere you want to be!

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Was great staying here for a month. Was walkable to the beach about 10-15 mins. Had nice balcony and clean room.

Stayed May 1, 2024The place is nice and is in a great location. My partner and I stayed here for our month vacation and could not have been more pleased with the price to living space ratio. Make sure to text the host before checking in because the instructions on VRBO are not up to date and host may not get back to you in a timely manner.

Stayed Aug 23, 2022Aarons apartment was a great place to stay. The location was excellent, close enough to get down to the beach easily or the freeway if you need to get somewhere else. Aaron was a great host, super responsive and easy to work with.

Stayed Jun 1, 2022The location of this studio is incredible!! 8 minute walk to closest Newport beach access and about 20 minute walk to the pier. SUPER SAFE area/complex. Heart of Newport and Orange County is at your doorstep. Pool, hot tub are well maintained. Studio is spacious and has everything you need. Aaron also provided a bike which was a great bonus.
