Private balcony and patio area with exterior storage closet for suitcases, bikes, etc. Hot tub in backyard can be used by guests.This area of Long Beach is super cute, the neighborhood is historic so there are many century old houses that have been maintained and restored. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Farmers market at the park is a 4 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, shops and the Art theater on Retro Row are 5 minutes away.
