Lots of custom woodwork, granite countertops and hardwood flooring throughout the main part of the house. Plush carpeting in the bedrooms. Our yard is beautifully landscaped with native drought resistant plants, a waterfall, dry riverbed with amazing views! There is a large laundry room off the kitchen and half bath, with new state of the art appliances. A short hallway from the great room is a dual sink guest bath with tub and shower combination. Next are 2 guest bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large reading chair, and amazing views. Remote controlled blinds make it easy to adjust your lighting.
