This home features two private decks, both up and downstairs and tile floors.brbrOur summer weekly rental runs from Friday to Friday. Check in time is 3pm and Checkout time is 11am. Do not hesitate to ask if your arrival is different from Friday. We try our best to accommodate. We have 3 day minimum stay. brbrLocated just steps from the sand on the 27th street. Whether you surf or not, this property is just for you.brbrThe living room has 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. We provide high speed business internet if you need to work while your family is out playing. brbr The dining room has a large table that seats eight with extra chairs available.brbrEnclosed atrium will fit all your surfing and biking gear comfortably.brbrThe kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric range and oven. It also has plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing appliances and preparing food. Keurig coffee machine and pods. French press coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and blender. brbrThe lower deck on the street level has outside table/chairs and BBQ; great for cooking and relaxing with family and friends! brbrOn the second floor is the master suite, which has a king size bed, seating area with couch, coffee table, TV, access to a private deck and an adjoining private bathroom. brbrThe second bedroom on the 2nd floor has 1 queen and 1 twin XL size bed, nightstands, dresser and a closet.
