    The Cardiff Beach Bungalows are a great place to gather with a large group. Both units are exactly the same in size and stylish furnishings. Each unit sleeps 8. You'll have the entire property to yourselves. Parking for 4-6 cars and beach gear too! Nestled between Solana Beach and Encinitas, Cardiff-by-the-Sea is a quaint town with a fabulous beach and surf (Pipes)! Walk to restaurants, grocery store, park and the beach (just over a mile).brbrEach bungalow has 3 bedrooms consisting of: master with king, guest room with king, and bunk room with queen beds. All bedrooms have TVs. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination. Guest bathroom has shower stall. brBoth units have large, fully stocked kitchens, with dining at the counter, table or outside. Both units have washer & dryer inside. brBoth units have central air conditioning and beach gear. We provide linens, towels (including beach towels).brbrbrIn order to sleep 16 people in beds (between the 2 bungalows), 2 people will be in each bunk bed, in each bungalow. They are queen size beds. Depending on the make up of your group (adults/children/infants), you'll need to determine if this is suitable. brbrbrInterested in renting only one of our bungalows? Send Gina a message!brbrYou will be renting both units and have full access to the property (with the exception of 2 garage stalls). Parking is on the driveway.brbrI live in the area an am available by phone or in person if you need me!brbrClose to Seaside Market, playground at school yard a few blocks away. Shopping, dining, beach about a mile or so. Pedestrian walkway makes walking safe.brbrIf you are up for a 20 minute walk, you can get to the beach, food, shopping. We have a wagon to help transport beach gear. Car is recommended for most other activities.brbrYou will have to climb stairs to get to the units. Once inside, they are single level. Amtrack Sunliner passenger train runs along the coast line and all through Cardiff, you will likely hear the train and street noise. Many find it novel and children love to watch train go by. It does quite down at night. We have double pained windows and central air conditioning that dampen street noise.brVRBO bookings are not eligable for the credit card processing fee to be refunded if reservation is cancelled (this includes reservations within the cancellation period).brQuite hours are 10pm - 7am under Encinitas "good neighbor" policy. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of family homes west of Coast Hwy in Leucadia and within a two minute walk of Stone Steps Beach Access. Close by are the more public Moonlight Beach, complete with snack bar, bathrooms, and showers, and the well known Beacon's Beach for great surf. Grandview, Ponto, D Street, and Swami's Beaches are a short drive away. brbrThe main (second floor) of our home is the gathering area for family and friends with kitchen, living room, dining area, and 2 decks. The living room features a glass and gas fireplace with custom cement hearth, inviting seating, and a flat screen TV. One sofa folds out to a remarkably comfortable queen bed. The kitchen has custom cabinets with birch burl veneers, quartz countertops, and new appliances. One deck has a new gas barbecue and the other deck, located at the point of the house's triangle, is for enjoying meals outside.brbrThis floor also has a full bath, and two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. We’ve kept the place with clean lines and have furnished it in a beach-modern style. The whole place was remodeled a year ago, with new luxury finishes throughout.brbrThe Seabluff complex is built around wide lawns and tons of mature vegetation that remind us of (a so-cal version) of our favorite Big Island resort. They are simply the best place to take walk, and run leashed dogs (and kids as the case may be).The complex is very low density by any modern coastal standard, which allows every unit to breathe and feel very private behind the 24-hr guarded gates. brbrAnd above all, it is literal steps to the beach, and west of coast highway, meaning there isn’t even a road to cross between you and the best beaches in So-Cal.
