Regardless of use, all bath linens (shower curtains and bathmats, too!) are laundered between visits to keep things extra fresh. brbrWoah there! We hear you. brFolks have shared their sticker shock concerns when seeing our cleaning fee for the bungalow. We understand that our cleaning costs are high—hence why we’re breaking it all down for you here.brbrOur crews—from the family-team cleaning the living space to our partners tackling laundry—are all compensated with fair wages. Enjoy your meal in the indoor dining room with comfortable seating for 7-8 people or at the large outdoor table on the back deck that has seating for 10 and overhead lights for evening al fresco dining. Kitchen amenities include: two ovens, 4-burner gas range, microwave, built in refrigerator, dishwasher, center island for food prep, and large sink basin. HaSeaEnda has good WiFi coverage throughout the entire home and three TVs loaded with all the major streaming apps for viewing. We provide a Netflix account and cable TV that includes most network channels and HBO for your viewing enjoyment.brbrHaSeaEnda has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for you and your group to relax and enjoy. The downstairs bedroom, known as the Oaxaca Room, has a queen bed and a twin daybed. There's an adjoining door to the downstairs bathroom. This bathroom also has access from the hallway to serve as the common area bathroom. You don't have to go through the bedroom to access this bathroom.brbrThe upstairs features essentially two Ocean View master bedrooms, both with walk-in closets, En Suite bathrooms, and ocean view balcony sunset watching areas. One room is slightly more master than the other, but both are amazing spaces. As you come up the stairs the room on your left is the Rancho Room. This large bedroom (14'x24') features a king bed, Baja style daybed, and love seat sitting area with ocean view. The room has French doors that open to the balcony that features a sitting area and ocean view. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset or a morning coffee. The room has its own TV, a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity and large soak tub with shower.brbrThe Master Bedroom known as the Calafia Room is on your right after walking up the stairs. This large room (18'x24') features a king bed, Moroccan style daybed, Serena & Lily hanging rattan chair, gas and wood burning Fireplace, indoor sitting area (all areas with ocean views), and double French doors that open to the balcony area. There's a cozy sitting area on the balcony with Mexican Equipale chairs and table that create the perfect spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a meal. The room has its own TV, a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanity, large soak tub and separate walk-in shower. Once you walk into this room, you won't want to leave!brUtilizing all of the beds in the house, HaSeaEnda can comfortably sleep 10 people.brbr The private deck off the kitchen and dining room at the back of the property is the perfect place to gather with friends or family to share a meal at the large outdoor table with seating for 10 while enjoying the view looking east towards the hills of Encinitas. Guests also have access to the private, fenced in backyard that's below the deck.brbrPlease Note: There is a small studio guest house on the lower level of the property, next to the back alley that is rented by a long-term tenant and is not part of the vacation rental. There is a fence and stairs separating this lower area from the rest of the property. The long-team tenant does not have access to any of the space that our guests use but our guests are allowed to use the lower stairs to access the alley to take out the trash and recycling during their stay.brbrGuests have full access to the entire house including: all rooms, private back deck, gas BBQ, private backyard, private ocean view balcony, laundry room, and front yard of property.brHaSeaEnda is located on a quite street with minimum vehicle traffic. The H Street Viewpoint is nearby and a great spot to walk down to and enjoy a spectacular ocean view. You can walk to all the restaurants and and shops located on Coast Highway which are 3-5 blocks away depending on where you want to go. You can walk to the beach access at D Street (4 blocks away) or to Moonlight Beach (5 blocks away). The entire home is private and for your use only, and the front patio/yard and front entrance are completely private. brbrThe extra large Living Room is comfortably furnished with an Italian leather sofa sectional, plush lagoon velvet love seat, and TV perfect space for enjoying with friends and/or fam! This Large Living Room is an open floor plan encompassing the entryway, Living Room, Kitchen, and Queen Day Bed for lounging or for an extra guest or two. brbrThere's a fully appointed Kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a great meal using the large, Viking oven and range top. Kitchen amenities include: Viking oven, 4-burner gas range, microwave, built in refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, and large sink basin. The Queen Day bed is also located in the space between the kitchen and laundry room. It is a cozy spot to hang out, take a nap, lounge, read a book or for the extra guest or two. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided by the host. For the coffee lovers, there's an espresso machine and a French press and we provide organic coffee for both. brbrThe downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and is located between the entryway and the Living Room with a bathroom including shower in between.
