Wonderful location, view and amenities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newport even with the weather not cooperating. Plenty of space for our crew to spend quality time together and enjoy the beach and ocean views.

What a magical beach cottage that is iconic California! Think surfers in the morning and dolphins during your beach walk. Every moment in this cottage was perfect. It’s exactly as described on the listing and David is a great host and super responsive. I would 1,000,000% return.

Beautiful beach house perfect location not too busy like the boardwalk but close enough to do everything. The house was clean with plenty of towels beach goods just a really beautiful house.

We loved eating dinners outside and stepping on to the beach everyday from the backdoor! The double washing machine and dryer were soooo nice! Beautiful property!

This home knocked us off our feet, I cannot say enough incredible things about our stay. Our family stayed at this incredible beachfront home in Newport Beach to celebrate our parents’ 80th birthdays, and it truly could not have been more perfect. The home offered the most breathtaking ocean views—we spent countless hours just relaxing in the patio overlooking the ocean. I relished waking up to the sound of waves, sipping coffee and reading my book in the morning - truly an unforgettable experience.The house was warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well-equipped for a multigenerational family trip. The gas fireplace made evenings feel cozy and special, and the comfortable outdoor furniture quickly became everyone’s favorite hangout spot. The outdoor shower was a great bonus after beach walks/swims! Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and you can tell the home is cared for with love and that the owners really care about the guest experience. It had the perfect blend of comfort and charm, making it ideal for both quiet moments and shared family meals. We made unforgettable memories here, and our parents were absolutely overjoyed with the experience.We’re so grateful to have found this gem, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a beachfront home that brings the whole family together in the best way, this is it.

Beautiful property, awesome beach access, well appointed and quiet other than the wind and waves. Extra parking and outdoor seating areas a plus. Hosts were quick to respond and communication was easy. We would definitely come back.

Your beach home was exactly what we were hoping for! We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach! We loved seeing the dolphins and surfers, even saw some kite surfers! The outdoor furniture, beach chairs, sand toys and volleyball provided space and fun for everyone to enjoy time outside. The interior decor was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were great at communicating and making us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is just beautiful with amazing views of the sunset over the beach. The owners were communicative and very helpful. Any supply you might need was provided and the home was very clean upon our arrival. The decor is lovely and my family (all young adults) felt perfectly at home. There is a great working fireplace in the family room and the beds are all very comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd year in a row to stay here. The location on the beach is incredible and can’t be beat. The owners were fabulous to deal with as always. Thank you for another great vacation!
