Groveland and the San Francisco peninsula get water from the reservoir there. It has a wonderful trail of about 2 miles to a beautiful waterfall. The best part is that it is not as crowded as the main part of the park. To get there take Hwy 120 and just after Rush Creek Resort (1 mile before the Park entrance) turn left onto Evergreen Road. It’s 8 miles down that road. You pass through Evergreen Lodge after 7 miles which has an amazing restaurant.brbrWhile we are pet friendly please do not leave your pet unattended on the property. Please, no pets on the furniture or beds. We provide doggie bowls and poop bags which should be disposed of in the outside trash cans.
