Easy walk to Shell Beach and privately located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Located on .5 acre with empty .5 acre lot in the south side. We need to let you know that the lot located directly in front of our house will be starting a new home construction in late January. We were notified of this house start on January 5, 2026. brHolidays (President Weekend, Easter weeks, Memorial and Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, are high season. brbr Three gas fireplaces, 2 large HD television with DVR, hot tub, free wireless internet service included. Views from the kitchen windows will make you want to cook. The couch and window seats will draw you for a nap, reading a book, or watching the wildlife. Deer love to graze around the house . Don't be surprised to see hawks, turkeys, or a fox walk by. You can take a walk or bike ride to Shell or Tidepool Beach. The seals are always there, taking their naps or watching you as you explore the beach.
