This vacation home is the UPPER unit of a duplex and is one house away from the sand, walking distance from park, basketball court, tennis court, and Newport Pier on the boardwalk. brbrThis is not the typical vacation rental as this is our primary residence during the off summer months. The house is clean and comfortable. The lot is 50% larger than normal. If you enjoy music, the property has a state of the art audio / video system. Wireless internet also provided. If, you have small children, the house has been professionally child proofed. brbrA sliding glass door opens up from the living room to the front balcony where you can read and relax while enjoying the ocean breeze.brbr If you enjoy eating out, there are 50+ restaurants within walking distance. Our guests are always happy with the accommodations. My favorite activity is sitting outside on the balcony where you can see the ocean and relax while watching everyone riding, roller blading or just walking by. brbrThis is a NON-SMOKING vacation home steps away to the beach is a great place to rest, and relax. Step out to the ocean and watch the dolphins swim by or enjoy views of Catalina Island. brbrMaster Bedroom has King bed. Second bedroom and third bedroom have each a queen size bed. Forth bedroom has three single beds. The couch may be used to sleep one extra person (please use proper linens to cover the couch if used to sleep). In addition, basic starter kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies are provided. There are no silly extra fees for laundry, cleaning, linens, etc... brbrThe house is professionally cleaned after each guest. In the summer we enjoy opening the windows and letting the ocean breeze roll through the house. brbrThis vacation home includes garage for parking two vehicles plus a third vehicle may be parked outside the garage. The carport as well as the patio is used by downstairs tenant. The property also includes boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes and coolers. brbrYou will be walking distance from great restaurants, live music, and shops in the heart of the peninsula. If you are looking for activities, there are plenty to choose from - walking along the ocean, biking, roller blading, boogie boarding, surfing, sailing, boat rentals, whale watching, trips to Catalina Island, fishing, shopping at Fashion Island or South Coast Plaza and more.brbrThis rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Getty Museum, and many other tourist attractions. brbrPlease be advised that this is not a party house.
